The cruiser Xeht and Zaras stowed away on landed here. They snuck around through the hallway, Xeht devoured any Xiliens he could find, and Zaras raided a frigde to find some food she wouldn't have to kill.
"I'm dissapointed in you Xeht." said a voice from behind him.
Xeht whirled, ready to kill whoever was behind him. To his astonishment, he found only another Predalien, this one his father. "Dad!" he shouted. He kept his distance.
"Youv'e given in to your animosity, your savage anger, your Alien, your Starbeast. Youv'e killed hundreds of people and ruined millions of families, and now you've put two planets in danger!" his father chided him.
"You did the same thing! Even more than that!" said Xeht.
"I learned from my mistakes! Although it was too late."
"It is too late for me too."
A new voice came from Xeht's other side. "No it isn't." Xeht turned. This was Zaras again, once more in the illusion of her human-like aura.
His father spoke again. "She's right. You can still stop this maddness, all this carnage. Drop the alien act. Stop speaking in this harsh tounge of the Aliens. Relearn the Human speach. And regain control of yourself. You must leave this planet, and save Yavin. Or everything you know will die."
Xeht felt a ping of shock as he realized what he had done.
"That's right," continued his father. "You remember them. You remember Xeno and M-1. You remember you friends, and all those you ever came in contact with. They will die if you do not act. Save them. Save Yavin to save them." With that, he vanished, and Zaras was once again a Varactyl.
Xeht felt,... different. He felt his sentience restored. His Alien was conquered. He could speak human again.
He spun around and addressed Zaras. "We can't stay, girl. We have a planet to save."
With that, they got back on the cruiser, which launched to return Yavin IV.
